Through comprehensive women empowerment programs, we're creating sustainable pathways out of poverty for vulnerable communities across Uganda.
EMPOWERMENT
To empower vulnerable women in rural Uganda by providing practical skills training, microfinance support, and leadership development programs that enable them to achieve economic independence and become change agents in their communities.

A Uganda where every woman has equal opportunities to thrive economically, socially, and personally - where gender-based poverty is eliminated and women lead as equal partners in community development and national progress.

We work directly with local communities, combining traditional knowledge with modern business practices. Our holistic approach includes skills training, financial literacy, health education, and creating sustainable support networks that last beyond our programs.

Before joining Tedbeckx, I had no idea how to manage money or run a business. Now I own a successful tailoring shop that employs three other women. My children are in school and we have hope for the future.

The agricultural training and microfinance support changed everything for my family. I went from subsistence farming to commercial production. Now I train other women in my village and we have formed a cooperative.

Thanks to Tedbeckx's scholarship program, I completed my education and now work as a teacher. I mentor young girls to stay in school and pursue their dreams. Education is the key to breaking the cycle of poverty.
